Easy Exchanges & Cancellations
If you aren't satisfied with your order, let me know as soon as possible. Within 7 calendar days of purchase, actually. I won't accept returns as these are perishable and consumable products. If a product isn't what you ordered or arrived damaged, I will exchange it for another product, provided it is returned to me within 14 calendar days of receipt. I know that sometimes things don't always go as planned. I get it. Sometimes things arrived damaged, or someone changes their mind and decides they suddenly hate lavender. Sometimes (though I do my best to keep on top of my shit) I lose my ever loving mind and will send the wrong thing. Politeness and communication will go the extra mile in righting any situation that comes up.
